All Associate Members must demonstrate that they meet the SportCheer Scotland Minimum Operating Requirements by demonstrating that they are appropriately qualified for their role by a recognised certifying body.

Please note that if you were a member in 2021/22 and have already supplied this information then you are not required to complete this section.
