This is a course for tumbling (IASF level 1-2 skills) including but not limited to forward rolls, walkovers, cartwheels, back handsprings.

Coaches can bring along 1 athlete to help them learn to spot correctly and effeciently. Coaches will aso be qualified at end of course

The course will be presented by Scott Mccormack former Team GB tumbler and Scottish Gymnast.
