About the event
Coaching course for tumbling (IASF level 1-2 skills) including but not limited to forward rolls, walkovers, cartwheels, back handsprings.
Coaches can bring along one athlete to help them learn to spot correctly and efficiently.
Coaches can then choose to take an optional add on test to become a SportCheer Scotland accredited level 1-2 tumble coach.
This course is suitable for all levels of coaches/dance teachers wanting to learn to safely coach tumbles or refresh methods for veteran coaches.
The course will be presented by Scott McCormack former Team GB tumbler and Scottish Champion Gymnast.
